This decision was inspired by the abundant purple beads in my new stock, offering the perfect opportunity to create something bold yet elegant. The combination of purple and white reminded me of delicate flowers with similar hues, where the purity of white petals is beautifully contrasted by vibrant purple accents. To highlight the white beads, I surrounded them with gold beads, letting the purple serve as the foundation colour for the entire piece.
While both gold and silver would have worked for this design, I ultimately opted for gold. The warm tones of gold complemented the richness of the purple and added a sense of luxury that elevated the overall look. This decision underscores how critical it is to experiment with different metallic tones, as the choice can dramatically alter the feel of a design.
